Maggots, fans of the heavy metal rock band Slipknot, were instructed to stay still, close their eyes and breathe heavily while they grimaced during a Slipknot video shoot in West Des Moines, Iowa. "You have to be thinking pure ... insanity in your head," director Tony Petrossian said. The video was shot in March of 2004.
